Fast forward to 2021, and Schechter heard from Nosrat’s brother saying she was a huge fan of Square Pie Guys. The next day, she followed Square Pie Guys on Instagram, creating much furor among the team.

Marc reached out to Nosrat to gauge her interest in collaborating on a Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat-inspired pie for the Summer Menu, and that marked the beginning of round one over three years ago. Skipping ahead to this summer, and we had to bring it back to celebrate our five-year business anniversary!
